Survey Says…

Kapusta Financial Group (KFG) invited clients to participate in a client satisfaction survey during May and June 2015. Those who participated were asked to do so anonymously. The survey, which was conducted by KAPP Communications, Inc., an outside consulting company, was designed to find out how we’re doing and to hear valued feedback from our clients.

The evaluation of client responses revealed high levels of client satisfaction in key areas such as overall satisfaction, trust, and communication. Although our clients responded with positivity and high ratings in those categories, we will continue to look for ways to progress and grow. All of the feedback we received from the survey will help us identify areas for improvement and ways we can enhance our client experience. Our client satisfaction survey provides us with a benchmark for future progression and allows us to gain insight on how we can better meet the needs of our clients as well as measure our customer service goals.
